Always such good service, you get to know the staff on a personal level, even the new ones, been at this bank all my life and never had any problems. Never waiting in a long queue and they are happy to give any advice anytime. Always offer the newest updates without being pushy too. I don't tend to go in much now, as you can do most of your banking online, but when i do on the odd occasion, its always the same welcoming faces asking how you are. Thank you to the staff at Eastgate, who make banking bearable.

I've been a customer here for 20 years and they have never made a mistake. It is comfortably the best bank in Louth, but the opening hours (10-4, Mon-Fri) may grate a bit with some.
Recently I had a phone call from Natwest. They were concerned about my daughter who has autism and special needs. She lives in supported loving now. She’d been going through a particularly difficult time and so was not behaving as she normally would. I was so impressed that they took the time and trouble to ring me with their concerns in her changed behaviour. Well done Natwest. Safeguarding well implemented! #safeguarding

This is a difficult place to review. In short, the staff are very nice people, but they seem hindered by the bank's bureaucratic procedures. In short, although you probably won't find nicer people, you will find better banks.
